We use seasonal and local foods. In every recipe at least one ingredient is collected by us
spontaneously or in the garden, among these numerous herbs, fruits, flowers and vegetables...
Our tasting menu of the day
they cross history following nature and the rhythm of the seasons. They are inspired by tradition resulting in design and spring from the passion for research and creation that moves everything continuously.
You could happen in the period of wild strawberries or blackberries, as in that of mushrooms, in that of the flowering of the calendula or in that of the ripening of cornelian cherry or rosehip berries ... nAll you have to do is trust us!
